It's that time of the year again! As we say goodbye to 2023, it's a great opportunity to slow down, reflect and then integrate that wisdom. Pancakes inspiration optional ;)
Reviewing your year can be a powerful way to celebrate your achievements, learn from your challenges, and set intentions for the future. It's a chance to identify patterns, see what you are grateful for and appreciate your progress.
If you wish to take some time to do it, I've curated 3 different resources (one made by me) and the other two, tested and approved 🤗 Here we go:
1. If you have 25 minutes
Find a cosy place, prepare a drink of choice and then open my simple follow-along review. It includes 4 journaling prompts to live it & love it & leave it.
2. If you have 1 hour
I often lean on Pinterest to find inspiration. If you have a bit more time, I have found this image also very simple and with a nice overview. You can download the image or just follow the prompts and write in your own journal. Download here.
3. If you want to deep-dive
If you are one of those people who enjoy this process (I am guilty) then this one might be for you. Last year I discovered this free resource called Year Compass. So if you prefer to really spend some time with yourself, dig in and also set intentions for next year then I warmly recommend using this extensive booklet. Check their webpage or download the free booklet here.
Whichever choice you make, taking some time to do your year-end review doesn't have to be a formal thing. I like to put on some nice music, and get into the mood. I also know that whichever of the 3 tools to review 2023 you choose, it will be a meaningful exercise that helps you move forward with purpose and intention.
